Some people do something in life are living with the intention of obtaining; But Sudha Murthy believes in living a simple life. Sudha Murthy, the wife of Narayan Murthy, the founder of IT company Infosys, who started a new chapter of success in the industry, is not the only one known to her. From the very beginning, he had started to make a mark of his independent personality. Born in a small village in Karnataka, Sudha Murthy became an electrical engineer. • While looking for a job, he saw a job advertisement of a famous Telco company. There was a suggestion that women candidates should not apply. Distraught, he wrote a letter of protest to JRD Tata, chairman of the Tata Group. He was called for an interview at Telco. He worked in Telco for some years. He later left the job when Narayan Mooti founded Infosys. Currently, she is serving as the President of Infosys Foundation.
Sudha Murthy has worked a lot for women to get equal rights. She started a college for women in computer science. She is a great writer. His books are famous as 'Dollar Bahu', 'Parighi', 'Astitva', 'Aji's Stomach Things', 'Ayushyache Hadde Girwatana', 'Bakul', 'Goshti Manasche', 'Talbhar Gahitas', 'Pitru Rin'. He has been honored with many awards for his contributions in the field of science and society.
